Ashley M. Eckert, Esquire
I practice law in Southeastern Pennsylvania and have the experience in the family law and estate planning arenas to help you meet your goals. I take a mediation-based approach to family law, with a belief that finding the middle ground saves everyone a lot of time, money, and heartache. When litigation is necessary, I provide the decisive, focused advocacy you expect. My goal is client satisfaction and diligent representation at all stages of a legal matter. Clients find my straightforward approach and ability to move their case forward efficiently refreshing and they appreciate having a "real" conversation about what they can expect in their particular matter.
I attended West Chester University and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Literature. I went on to attend Widener University School of Law at the Delaware campus where I achieved my Juris Doctor. I maintain a license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and I am admitted to practice before the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. I am a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Chester County Bar Association.
A proud Chester County resident, I am committed to personal service and compassionate advocacy. You are more than just a file number here! I understand the complex nature of family law and just how taxing your legal matter can be. I believe your attorney should help to take some of the burden off your shoulders, not complicate your life even further. Call today to schedule a face to face meeting with an attorney dedicated to your representation, because the person you choose to guide you through this process can make all the difference in your outcome.
